A leading pump rental solutions company in the UK is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor. This role involves supervising and ensuring the highest quality of pump and pipework installations, prioritizing health & safety on construction sites. As the senior member of a two-person team, you'll manage installations, conduct risk assessments, and must be flexible for on-call duties. Successful candidates will need NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision and a valid UK driving license. Competitive salary and various benefits are included.
We\'re looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to take charge of pump and pipework installations at client sites. As the senior member of a two-person team, you\'ll lead and work side-by-side with our Installation Operative to ensure every project is delivered safely and to the highest quality. On site you will ensure RAMS are briefed and adhered to by your team and check that the quality of equipment is fit for purpose before an installation begins. Health & Safety is our first priority for this position and needs to be adhered to at all times. You will be working on construction sites with potential risks in and around your work area. You will need to manage your own safety and be aware of the safety of others around you. You should have the confidence to stop any unsafe acts during any activity if it is not safe to carry on. Flexibility is essential as you will be involved in a call-out rota and may need to support your team by working overtime beyond the normal 40 hour week. This will provide the opportunity to earn overtime rates.
