A leading automotive service organization in Wyton is seeking an Inspections Team Leader. The role involves leading a team, managing HR responsibilities, and ensuring quality through effective communication. Ideal candidates will have experience in the automotive sector, excellent time management, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary of £32,885 for a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a confident and proactive Team Leader to lead and guide the Inspection Support Coordinator Team. You'll be responsible for driving performance through clear, data-led feedback shared in weekly team meetings and regular 1:1s. You'll also ensure key insights from external audits are communicated effectively, keeping the team informed and engaged. You'll take ownership of day-to-day leadership tasks including absence management, behaviour and conduct and supporting internal communications (Cascade). This role requires a strong commitment to upholding our policies and leading by example.
