Role Profile:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an established business that specialises in restructuring and insolvency, advisory, funding solutions & personal debt based in Bolton. Our client has been established for over 20 years & work with a range of businesses from small owner managed through to multi-site corporations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting insolvency investigations and assessments.
  • Managing case administration for a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure.
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, creditors, and legal professionals.
  • Preparing reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications And Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience working within insolvency.
  • Strong understanding of insolvency laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills
