A financial services organization in London is seeking an experienced Insights Lead to head the Market Intelligence Insights Team. This senior role involves translating complex data into actionable intelligence for strategic decision making. As a senior member within the London-based Central Distribution Solutions team at Aviva Investors you will head the Market Intelligence Insights Team playing a pivotal role in shaping our data‑driven distribution strategy. Your leadership will be central to cultivating a high‑performance culture by delivering objective contextualised market and client insights that align with Aviva Investors investment capabilities.
You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable intelligence enabling informed decision‑making across global markets and channels. This includes proactively monitoring client and market trends identifying commercial opportunities and driving adoption of insights across the this cross‑functional role you will collaborate closely with Distribution Marketing Technology Product and Investment teams to ensure insights are embedded into strategic planning and execution. Your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels paired with a strong commercial mindset will be key to enhancing our competitive edge. Leading a high‑performing team you will ensure the timely delivery of accurate and relevant market intelligence to support strategic initiatives across Aviva Investors distribution network.
