Company and Position Overview

Finning (UK) Ltd – the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell Caterpillar machinery, attachments and service packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively make outbound calls to convert leads into sales of new and used machinery, attachments and service packages.
  • Host customers at our regional branch, providing walk‑arounds, finalising deals and ensuring a seamless collection experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and machine population data to support marketing initiatives and repeat business.
  • Actively promote marketing campaigns, events and promotions to drive sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional field‑sales team and Cat Financial Services to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities, meeting target revenue and appointment goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Proactive outbound B2B sales skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience in machinery sales desirable (Plant, Agriculture, or Automotive).
