We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team selling industry-leading Caterpillar machinery attachments and service packages.

Job Description

Are you passionate about sales and customer engagement Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact business growth Based at our regional branch you will be the first point of contact for customers delivering a first-class experience both over the phone and in person. You will play a key role in converting leads into sales hosting customers and maximising opportunities through our website events and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Lead Conversion : Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers converting inbound leads into sales across new and used machinery attachments and service packages.
  • Customer Engagement : Host customers at the regional branch providing walkarounds finalising deals and ensuring a seamless collection experience.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate customer records machine population data and account details to support marketing initiatives and repeat business.
  • Marketing & Campaigns : Actively promote marketing campaigns events and promotions to drive sales and customer interest.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the regional field sales team and Cat Financial Services to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new opportunities ensuring target revenue and appointment goals are met.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
