Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
  • Process orders and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Manage customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with suppliers and maintain positive relationships.
  • Arrange transportation for deliveries.
  • Update internal sales teams on delivery changes.
  • Manage stock and ensure consistent supply.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Inside Sales Purchaser to join our team and help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.
  • Preparing and following up on sales quotations.
  • Processing orders and converting inquiries into sales.
  • Managing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Liaising with suppliers and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Arranging transportation for deliveries.
  • Updating internal sales teams on delivery changes.
  • Managing stock and ensuring consistent supply.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and sales records in a CRM system.
  • Collaborating with technical or other internal teams.
  • Participating in sales meetings and training to stay updated on products.
Ideal Candidate
  • Full UK Driving Licence
