Our client a global shipping and logistics company dedicated to offering customers effective and reliable multimodal logistics solutions are recruiting for an Inside Sales and Pricing Specialist to be based at offices in Widnes, Cheshire.

On Offer :
  • Competitive salary c.£45K plus commission, based on skills and experience

Main Purpose of the Inside Sales and Pricing Specialist :
  • Focus on development of own accounts primary area sea freight FCL / LCL, imports and exports.
  • Freely develop any other areas of the forwarding business, sea / air / road / warehouse.
  • Assist the team with pricing enquiries, for sea freight only.
  • Drive forward business opportunities, and increase company volume and profile
  • Responsible for the day-to-day self performance, including delivering new accounts, co-ordinating with carriers, and assisting BDM team with enquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely quoting, and follow up
  • Keep own performance record and show development progress when required.
