A legal services firm in Leeds is looking for an Innovation Coordinator to support innovation initiatives. This role involves working closely with technology and legal teams to enhance client service and embed innovation in the firm's culture. Candidates should have an interest in legal tech, strong communication skills, and confidence in contributing ideas. This position offers a salary of £27,000 to £29,000 with a hybrid working model.

As we expand our offering at Walker Morris, we’re excited to announce a new opportunity for an Innovation Coordinator. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to our Innovation Lead, helping to embed innovation into the firm’s culture and streamline client service. You’ll play a key role in facilitating new ideas across all levels within our lawyer and business services teams, working closely with our network of Innovation Champions.
You’ll work closely with our Innovation and Legal Tech Delivery team, IT Training team, Applications team, and Knowledge team, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge projects and building strong relationships across the business. This client‑facing role also offers opportunities to network and build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
