Overview

We're looking for a commercially astute real estate lawyer to join a high-integrity legal team working on strategic acquisitions and portfolio management across a diverse property landscape. This is a rare opportunity to advise directly at Board level and shape the direction of a major property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on the legal aspects of handling a diverse property portfolio and managing and mitigating the risks of large property acquisitions.
• Collaborate with peers in business development, communications and senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE with experience advising on the legal aspects of handling a diverse property portfolio and managing and mitigating the risks of large property acquisitions.
• Strong commercial outlook and ability to work across the organisation with cross-functional teams.
• Remote working is offered, but applicants should be within easy commuting distance of London for regular meetings in central London.
• Note: PQE level is given as a guide only; candidates with more or less experience are welcome to apply.
