• 5+ years of experience living in the UK required.
• Proven experience with ITIL best practices.
• Experience with documentation creation and updating.

Responsibilities

• Delivering solutions into live operational service.
• Commissioning and upgrading products into customer environments.
• Fault finding at hardware and software levels.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams.

Skills

Troubleshooting and problem solving

Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory

Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Server up to 2022

Experience deploying Microsoft Operating Systems

Working knowledge of MySQL/MSSQL

Experience with virtualisation environments

MS Business Applications experience

Experience with ITIL best practices
