Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer (Prague – Hybrid)

Location: Prague (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to €63,000 per year.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.

We’re building the next generation of our global platform and are looking for an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer who can own, evolve, and strengthen our Azure-based environment. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take over day-to-day infrastructure and DevSecOps operations, freeing our Infrastructure & DevOps Manager to move into a full architectural position.

What you’ll do

• Manage and scale our Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Lead and improve our DevSecOps pipeline and deployment processes.
• Maintain stability, reliability, and security across our international systems.
• Work closely with Architecture, Product, and Engineering on platform evolution.
• Contribute to ongoing transformation and upcoming multi-year roadmap.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps (CI/CD, automation, security).
• Ability to read code (e.g., C#, PHP, React) and work with engineering teams.
• Pragmatic problem-solver with an engineering mindset.
• Based in Prague or willing to relocate (critical for onboarding and knowledge transfer).

Nice to have

• Multi-language engineering background.
• Experience in evolving or modernising infrastructure environments.
