Business Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
  • As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple IT projects across multiple business functions, for example within Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales and Aftermarket groups.
  • The role will involve you having responsibility for gathering requirements, analysis, functional design, development specifications and testing.
  • As part of this project team, you may be called upon to work with people across the globe as the business functions serve CAT facilities in the UK, US, China, Brazil, Mexico and India.
  • Requirement to provide operational support across multiple globally used applications using ITIL processes including incident, problem and change management.
  • In this role you will be supported by IT professionals who have multiple years of experience in IT Project Management, Systems Design and Business Analysis as well as receiving appropriate training to gain a wider industry knowledge to perform the role expected. Upon completion of the year, you will have gained experience and knowledge of multitude of business processes and Information Systems and an appreciation of what it takes to support and maintain small and corporate scale IT solutions.
