We are seeking an Information Specialist to join our Analytics and Reporting team and provide specialist advice and support relating to information analysis, interpretation, and reporting.

This role is key to the delivery of this element of the strategy through the use of the latest analytical techniques that turn data into innovative, compelling and intuitive information.

We require full time cover for this role but are open to achieving this through job sharing. The successful candidate would be expected to work on site three days per week.

The successful candidate will hold an honours degree in a subject with a substantial numerate content and have specialist knowledge and expertise in Analytics and Reporting, equivalent to postgraduate degree level.
The post-holder must have excellent inter-personal skills – pro-actively developing strong working relationships across relevant teams and ensuring that there is excellent communication with all relevant parties.
We manage three major locality hospitals at North Tyneside, Wansbeck and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, in addition to our state-of-the-art Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, the first of its kind in England.
