Healthcare Staffing Programme

£41,608 - £50,702 (Band 6)

Full time (37 hours per week)

Edinburgh or Glasgow – hybrid working will apply for the foreseeable future

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to provide analytical support for work that Healthcare Staffing Programme conducts. This includes supporting national workload and workforce tool usage, review and development across the breadth of health and social care in Scotland.

Based in our Healthcare Staffing Programme you will be required to analyse data from local and national sources and support the interpretation and use of these data.

You will be a self-starter with the ability to stay one-step ahead, and demonstrate the ability to capture, analyse, interpret and present complex data in a way which enables ease of use and understanding by a range of audiences. It is essential that you also have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
