This role involves managing high-quality industrial development projects from acquisition to completion, with responsibilities in technical due diligence, consultant management, and project monitoring. The position offers hybrid working, with office presence required three days per week.

• Monitor budgets, cashflows, and project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive sustainability, health & safety, and social value targets across projects.
