Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure OT assets and industrial control systems are protected against cyber threats.
  • Implement and support cybersecurity tools and practices as per our global OT Cyber Strategy.
  • Lead cyber hygiene and vulnerability management programs, coordinating remediation efforts.
  • Monitor OT network activity, detect insecure configurations or malicious activity, and take appropriate action.
  • Own the site-level cyber incident response plan, coordinating with stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Support compliance efforts related to OT asset risk, cyber standards, and corporate policy.
  • Report key metrics and KPIs on OT cyber activity and progress.
  • Raise site-wide awareness of OT security principles through sharing best practices and training.
  • Collaborate with business continuity teams to incorporate OT cyber considerations into plans.
About You
  • You have a technical background—diploma or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, IT, cyber security, or equivalent experience.
  • You have hands-on experience with automation technology, preferably in an FMCG or industrial environment.
  • You understand OT systems such as PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA, with strong knowledge of industrial networks.
  • You possess solid cybersecurity knowledge, including TCP/IP, protocols, OSI model, and tools like vulnerability scanners, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
  • You can lead, influence, and guide others, from site technicians to external contractors.
