The Industrial Sales Advanced Apprentice will be a support for the Industrial Boiler current team, especially to members who are currently overloaded.

They will learn about the industrial steam and hot water boiler market, getting to know in detail the technical aspects and installation requirements. They will compare the products of key competitors. They will develop knowledge to proactively help teammates and also develop technical understanding of sales, training, technical services, product management and specialist service engineers, offering support as and when needed.

It is a National Role and will require travelling.

To support INB Sales Manager(s) with complex projects and eventually generate own sales leads for new opportunities and convert into orders.

To provide basic technical support to the Customer and to oversee projects from specification to installation, in conjunction with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager.

  • Support teammates to bring additional sales of INB products and services.
  • Support teammates to generate leads, quotes, technical data sheets and closing orders to win the deal.
  • Proactively shadow teammates and go together with them to site visits, travelling to sites in the UK for around half of the time.
  • Support teammates to manage accounts or partners (when assigned) to secure long‑term relationships.
  • Support the whole INB Sales value chain including special projects (defined as sales involving site works, third‑party products/ancillary kit and subcontract labour).
