What You Will Do:

• Take the lead in managing contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct local and regional sourcing, aligning with strategic category plans and delivering cost-effective solutions.
• Manage contract changes, resolve disputes, and oversee supplier onboarding into the business‑as‑usual environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm ongoing service satisfaction and manage supplier performance surveys.
• Organise and lead supplier business reviews, ensuring actions are completed in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvements and benchmarking initiatives to enhance processes and supplier performance.

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, coupled with an understanding of category management principles.
