• Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly in a support role.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN/SEMH.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies.
• Support students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress.
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials tailored to individual needs.
• Support students during classroom activities and school events.
• Promote positive behaviour and social skills.
• Act as a key point of contact for students, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Contribute to the safeguarding and well-being of all students.
