A local educational institution in the UK is seeking an Inclusion Room Manager to empower students through tailored support in an inclusive environment. The role involves managing the Reflection Room, implementing behavioral strategies, and driving student engagement and well-being. Actual Annual Salary: £27,362 - £29,850 based on hours and weeks worked Full Time Equivalent Salary: £31,954- £34,860 (CLF Grade D) based on full time hours, all year round.

Hours: 37 hours per week - Full Time, Term Time Only plus Inset days

As Inclusion Room Manager, you will lead the Reflection Room, supporting students to remain in the classroom and succeed both academically and emotionally. You will implement tailored interventions, manage behaviour support strategies, and work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning. Your work will have a measurable impact on student progress, inclusion, and overall well‑being.
You will take responsibility for planning and delivering bespoke learning and behaviour support activities, adapting approaches to meet individual needs. You’ll also play a key role in safeguarding, data monitoring, and contributing to whole‑school strategies that promote equity and resilience.
