A further education college is seeking an Inclusion Mentor to support at-risk learners in Weybridge. You will work full-time at the college, providing one-on-one support to enhance student engagement and attendance. Your duties will include collaborating with teaching staff to develop intervention plans and engaging with parents to foster positive relationships. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and relevant experience in youth work or related fields, making a positive impact on students' lives.

Inclusion Mentor – 37 hours per week. Employed for 39 weeks per year – £26,322.70 FTE (actual £22,241.00 – BRK23), based at Weybridge Campus.

The Inclusion Mentor will be based on site at the Weybridge Campus and will be required support and facilitate working as part of a team. This job role is full-time, working on site, at the college, and is not suitable for home-working. The postholder will play a proactive role in the delivery of the College’s strategic aims and core organisational values to Care, Inspire, Collaborate and Champion.
