Job summary

A dedicated educational institution is seeking an Inclusion Lead in Cheltenham to coordinate support for students with special educational needs and disabilities. This role involves working closely with the Senior Leadership team and leading a team of intervention mentors. The ideal candidate should have at least level 3 qualification, leadership experience in behaviour or inclusion, and a passion for enhancing learning opportunities for all pupils. Job description

The Inclusion Lead will assist the Senior Leadership team in co-ordinating and supporting inclusion throughout the school through interventions, pastoral support, and leading behaviour. You will also lead a team of at least five intervention mentors. The role requires enthusiasm, hard work and a passion for supporting high quality learning to maximise a pupil's potential.

The successful applicant should have a passion for working with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities.
