Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them make positive choices? We are seeking an Inclusion Co-Ordinator to join our pastoral team and play a key role in managing our internal inclusion provision. The successful applicant will ideally have experience of working with children or young people in an education or pastoral setting, have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students. As Inclusion Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with the pastoral team, parents, and SENCO to address behavioural needs and support students with restorative interventions to reduce repeat inclusion.
