Inclusion Assistant

Chaselea Alternative Provision Academy

Fixed Term, Full Time Inclusion Support Assistant

6 months (possibility of 18 months)

Grade 4 SCP 5-6 (£25,583 - £25,989 FTE)

We are re‑advertising for a stand‑out candidate to join our staff as an Inclusion Support Assistant. We are looking for the right person – someone who understands the needs of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) pupils and be their advocate. Someone who can provide support to the teachers in the care and learning of our pupils. Someone who sees SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) as an opportunity rather than a barrier.

Chaselea Alternative Provision Academy are looking for the right person to join us. Required as soon as possible, this is a rare opportunity to join us on our on‑going pursuit to be the best Alternative Provision Academy and centre of excellence for inclusive education. This is an exciting time to join the Chaselea family as we continue our journey with the Manor Hall Academy Trust.

Initially this is a 6 month post, but there is the possibility that it will be extended by an additional 12 months making it 18 months.
