The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience with CRM systems and demonstrate exceptional communication and organization skills. Job Role Summary:

The Sales Coordinator plays an important role in supporting revenue growth by managing inbound enquiries, coordinating meetings, and assisting with the preparation of sales documentation. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with sales teams and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, customer service, or a related area and demonstrate professionalism and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries via email or other communication channels to identify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales objectives through effective coordination and follow-up.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients on behalf of the sales team.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including timing, location, and required materials.
  • Ensure all relevant parties receive meeting details in advance.
  • Prepare and distribute sales quotes or related documentation based on customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure documentation aligns with internal guidelines and pricing structures.
  • Maintain organised records of sales activities, customer communications, and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team and management as needed.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with CRM and / or PRM systems
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in Technology, SAAS or cyber security industry
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while using sound judgement and initiative
  • Highly organised, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
