Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly, expert service to customers
  • Listen with empathy, resolve queries, and guide customers through policies and claims
  • Meet and exceed quality and performance targets while keeping a personal touch
  • Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
  • Work closely with your team to share ideas, improve service, and celebrate wins
What You'll Need
  • Experience in a sales environment or a contact centre environment
  • Confidence working to sales and service targets - especially with upselling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Comfortable with contact centre systems and multitasking
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and eager to learn
  • A genuine passion for helping people
Working Hours
  • Full flexibility required after training: 37.5 hours working week
  • Mon-Fri: 8:30am-8:00pm
  • Sat: 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Sun: 10:00am-5:00pm
  • You'll work 1 one Saturday per month and one per Sunday)
