Overview
We're hiring an In‑House Paralegal to support legal teams across commercial, contracts, governance, compliance, data protection and billing functions. This fully remote role (UK‑wide) starts ASAP on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with scope to turn permanent.
Responsibilities
The In‑House Paralegal will be:
- Assisting with the preparation of commercial contracts across multiple business units globally.
- Assisting with corporate governance tasks - maintaining board minutes, meeting packs, and resolutions.
- Supporting compliance and data protection initiatives - privacy policies, DPIAs, audit preparation.
- Handling billing‑related legal tasks, including contract‑linked billing obligations and vendor management.
- Working with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, operations) to ensure legal risk is managed.
- Monitoring legal developments relevant to the company's operations and advising on implications.
- Assisting with ad hoc legal projects as needed.
Qualifications
The In‑House Paralegal should be:
- A law graduate with up to 2 years' commercial legal experience in a similar role (paralegal / in‑house).
- Comfortable with contracts, corporate governance, compliance / data protection work.
- Able to operate remotely with strong communication skills and good stakeholder management.
- Able to travel occasionally to UK sites.
- Ready to start immediately.
Job Offer
- Salary between £25,000‑£35,000 depending on experience.
