Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter, in-house or agency.
• Comfortable with data and talent systems.
• Ability to relate to a range of different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding.
• Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using LinkedIn.
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for recruitment.
• Promoting the employer brand and social media presence.
