Identity and Access Management Business Analyst (IAM) – Banking – London/Hybrid

Our client, a London–based investment bank, requires a seasoned Business Analyst to work on multiple IAM projects. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London (City) office and is inside IR35 (Umbrella Company only).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+years Business Analysis experience gained in a financial services/investment banking setting;
  • Excellent documentation skills, experienced in mapping AS IS and TO BE process flows, and strong skills in Visio;
  • Proven experience of facilitating and running stand–ups/meetings;
  • Excellent senior–level stakeholder management skills;
  • Good knowledge of IdAM best practices;
  • Understanding of toxic access, segregation of duties (SoD), JML process, data flows and integration with other applications;
  • Experience in defining, assessing and governance of processes, procedures and controls for IdAM;
  • Proven experience working with identity and access management tools, enterprise directory technology stack, data mapping and related resource adapter sets; and
  • Previous financial services/banking/investment banking experience.
