Job summary

A leading water company based in London is seeking an ICA Technician to manage maintenance on water production assets including SCADA systems and PLCs. You will be involved in preventative and reactive maintenance, providing technical support and training. Qualifications

  • Strong practical understanding of operational plant and control systems is essential.
  • Ability to read and fault find from circuit diagrams.
  • Experience in calibration and maintenance of front-line instrumentation.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out instrumentation, control, and automation maintenance.
  • Liaise with and supervise contractors and suppliers.
  • Investigate plant failures and implement repairs.

Skills

Strong practical understanding of operational plant and control systems
Ability to read and fault find from circuit diagrams
Experience in the calibration and maintenance of front-line instrumentation
Understanding of relay logic and PLCs

Education

HNC level qualification or City and Guilds Part 2 or NVQ level 3 in electrical subject
