A leading financial institution is seeking an IAM Engineer in Glasgow. You will develop and support robust IAM solutions while collaborating with teams to ensure security and compliance. Salary Range: £40,800 to £51,000 per annum DOE
Location: UK Hybrid - Work from anywhere in the UK, with flexibility to occasionally visit Glasgow or Gosforth HUB.

Our Security Engineering team is part of Technical Operations and Cyber Security within Virgin Money and we maintain the Bank's Security tools & applications. Our aim in Security Engineering is to cultivate unwavering trust in our products and services by engineering resilient security solutions that protect our users and customers from evolving threats. We strive to be the invisible shield, working tirelessly to ensure their data and digital experiences remain safe, secure, and uninterrupted. You will be a key part of a dynamic team supporting the organisation's Identity Management (IM) environment. Working closely with both internal colleagues and external 3rd parties, you will be responsible for ensuring change in this area is managed and controlled effectively.
Our work is highly specialised, so while we do not expect you to have all the required skills, you will be expected to drive your own development. Your core skills will be enhanced through self-study, paired learning and practical experience, and we will support you with formal training and mentoring as required.
