Overview

IBA Liaison Associate/Finance Assistant — We’re looking for someone with insurance or accounts experience to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll help manage accounting tasks and support communication between our finance team and other departments. You’ll also help make sure client money is handled correctly under CASS 5 rules.

Responsibilities
  • What you’ll do:
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments and teams in resolving issues/queries
  • Reconcile data between core systems such as Acturis and Circus
  • Identifying issues and implementing the best approach
  • Excellent investigative skills leading to effective resolutions.
  • Support with various finance-related tasks which includes producing various statements and reconciling against systems
  • Identify mis-allocations and confirm corrections
  • Work closely with colleagues across different departments and systems
  • Credit Control contacting our clients by phone to discuss any queries and payments

  • Background in insurance and finance
  • An understanding of the end to end IBA finance processes
  • Intermediate Acturis Knowledge and Experience
  • Confident using Excel workbooks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving.

  • Able to work independently and with other departments and be self-motivated and be confident
