Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Azure Cloud Environment hosting SaaS applications.
• Ensure every deployment's reliability and resolve uptime issues.
• Investigate and fix complex application and infrastructure issues.
• Monitor capacity, performance, and error budgets across deployments.
• Design automation and tooling to improve reliability.
