Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation management.
  • Familiarity with compensation frameworks and benchmarking.
  • Ability to manage annual compensation planning and bonus processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Total Rewards in delivering compensation strategy.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and annual reviews.
  • Oversee participation in external compensation surveys.
  • Manage compensation data accuracy in Workday.
  • Ensure compliance with pay equity and reporting requirements.

Skills

Analytically minded and detail-oriented
Strong Excel skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
Previous experience in a Total Rewards Manager or Compensation Manager role
Experience with job evaluation methodologies
Experience with compensation surveys
Experience in a growing Total Rewards function
Experience using Workday
Knowledge of the gaming industry
