Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering delivery across frontend, backend, QA, and offshore teams.
• Ensure high-quality, predictable releases through strong engineering standards and SDLC governance.
• Work closely with Product and Technology leadership on planning, prioritisation, and delivery.
• Own release management and drive continuous improvement in engineering quality.
• Support the safe adoption of AI tools to improve development efficiency and quality.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
