Qualifications

• Experience in service charge calculation and/or data analysis and review.
• Ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and produce projected and actual service charges.
• Liaise with Management Accounts and operational teams for cost allocation.
• Perform regular reconciliations of service charge income.
• Conduct service charge reviews for tenants as per legislation.
