You will manage a diverse caseload including possession claims and service charge disputes. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years PQE in property litigation and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in property litigation.
• Experience in both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters.
• Available to commence in December 2025.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including possession claims, service charge disputes, and lease renewals.
• Handle statutory and voluntary lease extensions and tenant break notices.
• Deal with collective enfranchisement claims and recovery of rent.
