Qualifications

• Strong experience with technical delivery on projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methodologies and material specifications.
• Healthcare experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and delivery of projects.
• Oversee BIM coordination and production of high-quality Revit models.
• Deliver projects including commercial, healthcare, and residential schemes.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Consultants and Contractors to resolve design challenges.
• Prepare and manage detailed design packages.
