  • Manage a busy diary and calendar, scheduling various appointments.
  • Plan and deliver events for the entrepreneur.
  • Organize all travel requirements effectively.
  • Respond to communications, prioritizing and gatekeeping emails.
  • Perform fast audio transcription.
  • Assist with ad hoc work for the FD.

Overview

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm - hybrid but with flexibility. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a well established Entrepreneur whilst he continues to grows his portfolio of businesses so you need to be fast, astute, resilient, confident in your abilities (including IT) and a professional problem solver!

Role is 75% business related and 25% charity and personal work related - obviously with some flexibility and will include -

Responsibilities
  • Managing a busy diary and calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings and social occasions
  • Event planning and delivery
  • Organising all travel requirements including itineraries, visas, transportation and accommodation
  • Efficiently responding to all communications, prioritising and gatekeeping emails etc
  • Fast audio transcription
  • Ad hoc work for the FD
