• Proven experience handling low complexity Home & Commercial Direct claims.
• Familiarity with digital tools to assess evidence and scope repairs.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively for fair settlements.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims from cradle to grave for values up to £25,000 (Home) and £10,000 (Commercial).
• Review and assess claims through an online portal.
• Manage inbound calls and assist with complaint resolution.
