A prestigious Livery company in the City of London is seeking an organized individual for a maternity cover role providing administrative support to the CEO. The position includes internal and external liaison responsibilities and involvement in company events. The role offers a fantastic benefits package, including healthcare, a pension, and generous holiday allowance.
1 year maternity cover, handover November 2025, contract finishes January 2027.
This is a pivotal role within one of the Great 12 Livery companies, based in the Hall Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and WFH Monday & Friday.
You will provide full admin and social secretarial support to the Clerk (CEO). You will be a main point of liaison for a vast amount of internal and external contacts, and you will be involved in events as part of the Company’s activities in a vibrant working environment.
You should have a good understanding of all things Livery, be extremely well organised, be willing to muck in, and enjoy getting involved with the Events side of the Company.
