A leading housing developer is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to manage a portfolio of development projects in Warrington, England. This 14-month fixed-term role offers a hybrid working model, with 1–2 days per week in the office and the remainder split between site visits and home office. Qualifications

• Proven experience in development project management within affordable housing or similar environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the development process, grant funding, and Homes England regulations.
• Experience with budget management and scheme appraisal.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects through their lifecycle from appraisal to completion.
• Prepare and present financial appraisals with the finance team.
• Deliver schemes on time and within budget, achieving performance indicators.
• Lead engagement with stakeholders including consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and development policies.
• Identify opportunities for value improvement and efficiency.
• Manage risks and uphold health, safety, and equality principles.
