Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Upload new contracts and pricing information onto the CRM system.
• Run contract progress reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Produce reports to support decision-making through data analysis.
• Manage customer contracts, including processing new contracts and renewals.
• Contact customers regarding price, contract, and product changes.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
