Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management.
• Knowledge of Construction and Engineering Forms of Contract.
• Commercially competent with contract law principles.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and CPM in identifying risks and opportunities.
• Administer subcontracts day-to-day.
• Manage subcontract/supplier final account settlements.
• Submit contractual notifications timely.
• Provide financial status updates on accounts.
