Qualifications

• Good understanding of Building and Fire Safety strategies and systems within social housing.
• Health and safety qualification and Fire Door Inspection qualification (or equivalent).
• Understanding of risk and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Building Safety Officers ensuring service delivery.
• Ensure onsite presence in High Risk Buildings.
• Liaise closely with the Service Compliance Team for monitoring checks.
