HVAC Project Manager

Commercial & Industrial HVAC - West Midlands Office Based with Site Visits

Sandwell, Walsall, Dudley, Tipton, West Bromwich, Oldbury

£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary + £420pcm Car Allowance + Progression + Benefits

The client is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Engineer / Manager or an 'on the tools' HVAC Engineer to join them in their projects team.

Your Role as a HVAC Project Manager :

Based daily from the West Midlands site with customer site visits as required.

You'll be managing HVAC project from conception to completion.

Responsible for organising orders, invoices, budgets, and timelines.

Liaise with the customers and sub-contractors to ensure projects delivered to cost and time.

Use AutoCAD to modify and adapt designs.

Prepare risk and method assessments.

Assist the design team as needed for design and estimation support.

Mon - Fri position, 08 : 30 - 16 : 30.Ideal Background for the HVAC Project Manager Position :

You must have HVAC engineering experience.

Design experience is needed withAutoCAD; you need to be able to read, produce and understand them.

An exception may be made for an existing HVAC Engineer looking to get off the tools.

"Nice-to-haves" are a mechanical engineering qualification and a CSCS card, but they're not essential.

Able to commute daily to the office.

Drivers licence and a vehicle.
