Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical services and steam raising equipment is essential.
• Apprenticeship or time served is required.
• Previous NHS experience in an engineering environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various duties of great importance to the Trust.
• Liaise with other departments on service interruptions.
• Work as a team with Estates managers for mechanical support.

Skills

Experience of steam raising plant & pipeline systems

Good IT skills and MS Office knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure

Education

City & Guilds in Engineering / mechanical services or equivalent
