Job summary

A leading HVAC service provider in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on both planned and reactive maintenance across various commercial and domestic properties in Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, and parts of Wiltshire. The ideal candidate should have qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical fields and a passion for service delivery. The position offers a salary of £40-42k along with 25 days of holiday plus your birthday off.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Mechanical – Air Conditioning, Gas or Commercial Plumbing, or Electrical Level 2.
• Experience in commercial plant rooms required.
• Strong focus on service and delivery in the planned and reactive maintenance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial fault finding for HVAC systems.
• Conduct water temperature checks and Legionella testing.
• Execute general plumbing tasks including replacing components.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations in plant rooms.

HVAC Engineer £40-42k basic for 40 hours per week, 25 Days Holiday + Your Birthday off Van and Fuel card, Personal use available

Are you a HVAC Engineer working in the planned and reactive maintenance sector and happy to do remedial, small and minor works installations?

This company works with a number of commercial and domestic properties across the region and, due to a number of new sites being awarded, is recruiting for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer to cover Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, and some parts of Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

• Initial fault finding for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning plant
• Water temperature checks, Legionella testing, pumps and motors, AHUs, FCUs
• General plumbing tasks: TMVs, flushing, and replacing like for like components
• Statutory compliance and planned/reactive maintenance in plant rooms and communal areas

Qualifications

• Qualified in Mechanical – Air Conditioning, Gas or Commercial Plumbing, or Electrical Level 2 minimum
• Previous experience within a commercial plant room
• A passion for service and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance within the commercial property/offices sector
