Job Title: HVAC Field Service Engineer (2 Vacancies)

Location: Midlands – Birmingham & surrounding areas (ideal candidates Stretches from Stoke to Redditch, Kidderminster to Tamworth; wider Midlands including Nottingham, Coventry, Chesterfield also considered)

Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 basic (DOE)

Hours: 45 hours per week + overtime & call-out rota

Start: Immediate

Marble Talent Group is recruiting two skilled HVAC Field Service Engineers on behalf of a leading UK specialist in industrial refrigeration, air-conditioning and process cooling systems. The business supplies, installs, services and maintains high-value cooling equipment for commercial and industrial clients nationwide, and is expanding its engineering team due to continued growth and customer demand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of refrigeration, industrial chillers, air-conditioning and process cooling equipment.
• Responding to planned maintenance as well as reactive and emergency breakdowns.
• Representing the company professionally on customer sites across the Midlands and wider UK as required.
• Participating in a 1 in 5 call-out rota (24/7 emergency support).

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a field or service engineer, ideally in refrigeration, HVAC, industrial chillers or similar technical environments.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working independently and travelling across a regional patch.
